Manage or cancel through Apple

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Deleting Longefy does not cancel your subscription.

    Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

    Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

    Select Longefy.

    Choose a plan option or tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. Apple handles charges and refund requests under its policies.

Include your device model and iOS version when reporting a technical issue.

Is Longefy a medical device?

No. Longefy is a wellness and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose a condition, or treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns.

Where is my wellness data stored?

Your profile, lifestyle inputs, heart-rate readings, Glow Studio results, and trends are stored locally on your device. Camera frames are processed live and never stored or uploaded.

Why might a heart-rate estimate vary?

Movement, lighting, finger placement, skin characteristics, device position, and camera limitations can affect an estimate. Sit quietly, follow the in-app instructions, and repeat the measurement if the result seems unusual.

What does Glow Studio do?

Glow Studio offers makeup technique and placement suggestions. It does not recommend specific products, output an age, retouch your face, alter your features, or change your skin tone.

How do I erase my data or delete my account?

Open Longefy Settings to erase local data. If you use Sign in with Apple, choose Delete Account in the same area. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Can I use Longefy without an account?

Yes. Continue as a guest to use the app without creating an account. Sign in with Apple is available if you prefer account access.

How does Face ID or Touch ID work?

iOS and the Secure Enclave handle authentication. Longefy receives only a success or failure response and never receives or stores raw biometric data.
